1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Standard delivery within the UK takes 2–5 working days and is via Royal Mail 48. 

If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

2. Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we can arrange express shipping.

Please email us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timings.

3. Are the favour boxes assembled or flat-packed?

All of our boxes arrive flat-packed. They are simple to assemble, and no tools or glue are required.

4. Can I customise the colours or designs?

No, we do not offer customisation. 

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been prepared for dispatch, we will not be able to cancel it. 

6. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK.

7. Do you offer returns?

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.
