Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return cost is payable by the customer. Items returned should be unopened and in their original packaging. We recommend returning the items back to us using a tracked mail service. Please email us at desiweddingfavours@outlook.com with details of the tracking number once posted. When the items have been received by us and checked, a refund will be actioned within 7 days.
